Attorney Charles J. Hilton, J.D., MBA is the founding partner and principal member of Charles J. Hilton & Associates, P.C. Attorney Hilton has over 35 years of experience practicing law within healthcare reimbursement, representing hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers on a wide variety of accounts receivable issues. He has an additional concentration in workers’ compensation, ERISA law, Act 6 Auto, Insurance Underpayment Appeals, Managed Care grievances and appeals, VA claims and appeals, and prompt pay laws affecting medical providers. Attorney Hilton has litigated cases for healthcare providers against various insurers in both state and federal courts.
Attorney Hilton received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University Of Pittsburgh School Of Engineering, his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School Of Business, and his Juris Doctorate from the Duquesne University School of Law. Mr. Hilton is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.
